ASIA Pacific supply chain and property specialist TM Insight has appointed former national director Nick Greenwell, as director of property in New South Wales.
Greenwell was the national director of industrial occupier services at Colliers and brings over 17 years’ experience across tenant advisory and development. His past senior roles include Investa Property Group, Walker Corporation and Fife Capital.
TM Insight executive director of property Justin Fried said the appointment will bolster the company particularly at a time of rapid growth and change in the supply chain sector.
