CUSHMAN & Wakefield has bolstered its team in Western Australia, appointing George Mair as director, tenant advisory group in Perth.
Mair has over five years’ experience across occupier solutions, leasing and property acquisitions and joins from Mair Property Funds where he was focused on the acquisition of office assets in Perth.
Prior to that, he was an associate director of real estate for WeWork Australia & New Zealand. During his time, the coworking group’s footprint grew from five to 21 committed locations in Australia and New Zealand, across more than 120,000 sqm of office space.
He was also formerly a consultant, occupier solutions at Knight Frank and holds a bachelor’s degrees of Science and Commerce from UWA and a Masters of Property and Development from UNSW.
