CBRE has brought Tim Courtnall back to the agency to lead the NSW office leasing business.
Starting in January next year, Courtnall will assume the role of state director, bringing more than 15 years’ experience, having worked at CBRE for more than a decade prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in mid-2016 as head of office leasing NSW.
NSW executive managing director Andrew Roy said Courtnall is highly regarded for his strategic thinking and proven leadership capabilities.
Pacific head of office leasing Mark Curtain said the appointment completed the final stage of CBRE’s leadership recruitment plan for its Pacific office leasing business, following the appointments of Ash Buller and Stuart Colquhoun in Melbourne alongside Andrew Carlton and Campbell Tait in Brisbane.
“We have invested considerable time and resources ensuring we have true market leaders in every geography across the Pacific.
“Tim was our first pick to lead the NSW team and we’re now strongly positioned to help our clients navigate current and future market challenges across both Australia and New Zealand.” Curtain said.
