MMJ Real Estate has strengthened its commercial team with the appointment of Richard Garland in Sydney.
Garland has a stellar selling career in the NSW commercial property market spanning over 30 years and will take on the role of sales director. This appointment follows on from the recruitment last year of John Waugh, whose previous role was head of valuation & advisory – ANZ for Cushman & Wakefield.
