VALUERS and consultants Preston Rowe Paterson have opened a new Broome office in the heart of the Kimberley region of Western Australia.
CEO Greg Sugars said the office bucks the trend of fly in-fly out (FIFO) valuation services that have dominated the local property market in the Kimberley for years.
The business will commence trading on 1 July, led by well-known local valuer and property expert, Fraser McPhail.
“We are absolutely delighted to welcome Fraser to the team. He and his team will be working with our wide range of clients, which includes most major lenders, Commonwealth and state government departments, corporate Australia and a wide range of business and private clients,” he added.
McPhail said, “Preston Rowe Paterson encourages local ownership in all offices throughout their 28-office network. Being connected to the local community and having intimate local knowledge of local property markets is so essential here in the Kimberley. We will be offering a full range of valuation services on all property types and look forward to working with those who choose to live and invest in this wonderful part of WA.”
