CBRE Hotels has bolstered its valuation & advisory services team with the appointment of former JLL Hotels senior vice president Louise Venables.
Venables brings nine years’ experience to her Brisbane-based director role.
CBRE Hotels’ Queensland director Jacqueline Reiser said she has an extensive track record and is well-known for her hotel advisory work and valuations across Queensland.
“Her experience covers a broad range of portfolio and individual assignments involving hotel accommodation, licensed premises and other specialist leisure properties,”
