CUSHMAN & Wakefield has grown its Brisbane valuation and advisory team and promoted star performers nationally, to cater for rising demand for valuation services during the covid-19 pandemic.
The agency has appointed Aaron Timmins and Nick Ziser to the team. Timmins has commenced in Brisbane as joint state director, leading the institutional valuations team, working with Cameron Harris who leads the mortgage/middle markets and hospitality team. Timmins joins from JLL and has over 15 years’ experience.
Ziser also joins from JLL and has been appointed valuer, specialising predominantly in institutional office valuations. He has expertise in mortgage valuation work across the office, retail and industrial sectors.
Joint heads of valuation & advisory David Castles and Matthew Russell welcomes the duo to the Queensland valuations business.

- Phil Allenby and Thomas Andrews in Sydney to divisional director.
- Jack Moseley and Daniel Hiscox in Sydney to senior valuer.
- William Bellew in Sydney to valuer.
