- What is your interest to come on board with the Australian Property Institute?
After a number of years on the state committee and two year on the API board, I am very impressed with the progress that has been made by the API in building a strong and relevant organisation, that is adding real value to its member, our profession and the industry, therefore I would like to maintain a level of continuity of the board to ensure this is maintained and strengthened.
- What financial experience or expertise do you bring to the API?
I have worked in strong team that has built and grown a successful national business, of which strong financial acumen is critical. I now run both a National and an International division of a Global Corporate, where financial management and results are a core KPI.

- What strategic planning experience do you bring to the API?
Growing and establishing a business within Australia and globally requires strong strategic planning and vision and this becomes more critical in an ever changing environment. I believe we have been successful from a strategic perspective based on the strong, robust and successful businesses we have built.
- To further pursue API’s strategic direction, it would be of great benefit if prospective Directors could contribute advocacy, policy and/or digital communications experience to the Board. What is your experience in one or more of these areas?
The businesses I have been involved in have been recognised by their clients and peers to be the leaders in innovation and have a clear focus on data, analytics and the advantages that the digital age can bring to our profession. This is where my passion sits within our profession.
