FRASERS Property Australia has appointed Tod O’Dwyer to the role of general manager WA Residential.
O’Dwyer brings more than 30 years’ experience focused primarily on the development of masterplanned communities. Prior to joining Frasers Property a decade ago, he worked with Delfin Lend Lease for 17 years in Queensland and Victoria.
He has relocated to Perth from Melbourne, where he has held the role of general manager – development and design for the past nine years.
Executive general manager residential Cameron Leggatt said: “Frasers Property has operated in Western Australian for more than 50 years. Tod’s move to Perth is a reinforcement of our commitment to Western Australia and our confidence in that market,”
O’Dwyer said he’s excited by the new role.
“As an urban designer I have always strived to deliver great places that have a really strong sense of community. We recognise that in all our operations, and through our interactions with customers, we impact the lives of the people who call our communities home,” O’Dwyer said.
