CBRE has appointed David Tucker as senior director to lead its Queensland property management business.
Tucker will relocate from Melbourne where he was facilities management director.
The appointment follows the promotion of Louise Draper to head CBRE’s property management business in Western Australia.
CBRE QLD executive managing director Bruce Baker said Tucker had established a proven track record for business development and team building, while embedding a strong, client centric business culture, since joining the firm from Brookfield over two years ago.
