SAVILLS Australia has appointed Jane Lothian as state director – WA head of asset management, based in its Perth office.
Lothian has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and specialises in general, financial and operational management of premium and A grade commercial offices and retail precincts.
She was most recently CBRE’s general manager at Cloisters, supervising all aspects of property and facility management of a high quality asset, and has held previous senior management roles with JLL and Knight Frank.
Rino Carpinelli, managing director of Savills SA and national head of asset management, said the “strategic appointment will further strengthen the WA Asset Management offering and help ensure maximum return on investment for our clients’ assets”.
