MAINBRACE has been awarded dual $20 million contracts to redevelop Woolworths’ Emerton Village shopping centre and construct a refrigerated processing plant for Lederer Group in Greenacre.
They follow the retail specialist’s appointment by Charter Hall to refurbish the interior of Bass Hill Plaza in Sydney.
At Emerton Village, Mainbrace will expand and refurbish the neighbourhood centre, including the revamp of the existing Woolworths supermarket, the surrounding speciality retail space, carpark and mezzanine level with new signage and fresh exteriors.
Lederer Group’s new facility will include a new two storey office, amenities block and loading dock.
In Queensland, Mainbrace has construction pipeline of over $100 million, with new projects underway for 151 Property at Strathpine Plaza, for AMP Capital at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, and the circa $70 million appointment to deliver the new Yamanto Central for JMK Retail in Ipswich.
