ESR Australia has made three leadership appointments roles in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.
ESR has appointed Scott Falvey to the role of general manager – New South Wales, Simon Sayers as general manager – Victoria, and Craig Robertson as general manager in Queensland.
Falvey has over 20 years’ experience and joined ESR Australia last year after holding senior development roles with Stockland and the Goodman Group.
Sayers has held management roles on large-scale developments in Australia, the Middle East, south east Asia, and China. He returned to Australia for this role after several years in Dubai, and he brings over 20 years’ experience.
Robertson has over 25 years’ experience and previously held roles at Dexus and Doric Construction.
ESR Australia CEO Phil Pearce said: “It’s a testament to the growth of ESR Australia that we needed to bolster our management structure. Having this team in place on-the-ground means we can deliver great outcomes on current projects while pursuing other opportunities. I’m pleased that we have been able to secure individuals of the calibre of Scott, Simon and Craig.”
