WILLIAM Gathercole is leaving Colliers to join CBRE’s south Sydney industrial and logistics team as senior director.
Gathercole had been with Colliers for 12 and was national director, and specialised in the leasing and selling of industrial and mixed-use properties from 1,000 to 15,000 sqm.
He will work within the south Sydney market alongside Nathan Egan.
