CBRE’s Queensland hotel team is expanding with the addition of Chloe Mason, who is relocating from Perth after five years with the agency’s Western Australian hotels team.
Mason joined CBRE in 2015 and will have a core focus on pubs and taverns, and will work alongside CBRE hotels director Paul Fraser on Queensland venues in a newly created role.
“Chloe’s experience, proven track record and strong client relationships will further strengthen our Queensland team and our national platform,” Fraser said.
Mason’s recent Perth sales include the Tambrey Tavern, Tavern @ The Rocks and Seasons Hotel Newman.
