THE Australia Property Institute (API) is presenting a webinar on 12 February on the recent bushfire crisis and the impact on valuation, which is free for API members whilst fees from non-members will be donated to the bushfire relief fund.
The recent bushfire crisis has impacted multiple regions of Australia and many members will have the task of providing valuations in these areas.
The presenters are Duncan McGregor, Director – Herron Todd White (Canberra); Alan Hives, Director – Leader Property Practice (Victoria); and William Reynolds, Director Professional Standards – Opteon Solutions (Tasmania).
They will discuss the impact of the bushfires on mortgages; residential considerations; insurance; rural property as well as focus on fire risk rating and valuing fire damaged land.
