KNIGHT Frank has appointed Paul Kempton in the role of joint head of institutional sales – Victoria and Nick Charlton as head of institutional sales in Western Australia.
Kempton joins from JLL, where he handled over $6 billion in deals. He has also held senior transaction roles with ISPT, Dexus and Becton and previously worked as a qualified valuer with Knight Frank Valuations.
Knight Frank partner and head of Victoria James Templeton said Kempton will work alongside Guy Bennett and Jazmyn Walkin with a specific focus on institutional clients, whilst strengthening the broader capital markets capability.
Furthermore, Knight Frank has also appointed Nick Charlton as head of institutional sales in WA.
Knight Frank partner and head of institutional sales – Australia Paul Roberts said both appointments were vital growth roles to support and build on the agency’s strong performance across Australia over 2019.
“Knight Frank’s national sales result in the last six months of 2019 was an outstanding achievement for the firm with more than $3.8 billion in transactions with 2020 already off to a strong start.” Roberts said.
