JLL has transitioned Piers Jalland role from senior analyst into associate within the institutional capital markets team, based in Melbourne.
In his new role, he will focus on the brokerage of commercial office assets within Melbourne’s middle and institutional markets, led jointly by Nick Rathgeber and Leigh Melbourne.
Prior to joining JLL, Piers spent three years in commercial property valuations, specialising in commercial assets and cash flow models.
Rathgeber said: “The skill-set that Piers has in terms of cash flow modelling, campaign management and buyer due diligence is a big strength for our team. His experience is across , a range of transaction structures, including mixed use and office built-form development sites, office project fund-throughs, portfolios, pre-emptive and partial interest divestments.
“With a history in valuations and extensive experience with sale campaigns and transactions, we look forward to sharing success with Piers in his role as a sales broker.”
