NATIONAL firm m3property has appointed commercial property valuer Stephen Linnane to its Brisbane office.
A Certified Practising Valuer and the holder of a Bachelor of Economics Degree, he has wide ranging experience across residential development, development feasibility, family law property disputes, due diligence and pre-acquisition/disposal advisory. He spent several years as a valuer at JLL prior to joining m3property.
m3property’s Queensland managing director Ross Perkins said the firm was delighted to announce Linnane’s return to the firm.
“Stephen Linnane’s appointment is very welcome in that it brings to m3property a wealth of invaluable knowledge gained over many years across the residential development sector. Stephen has lived in Brisbane all his life, so he is well versed in the local property market. His career to date has been varied, however his main area of expertise is in the provision of advice on residential development, especially in the South-East Queensland market.
“The appointment will complement and enhance our client service capability and allow m3property to further expand our reach across the state as the residential market continues to grow and prosper,” Perkins said.
