CBRE has appointed of Nic Purdue as its new director of capital markets in the ACT.
Purdue joins from Savills, where he was the Canberra director of commercial sales.
He has over 20 years’ experience commencing with Canberra agency Luton Properties, before roles with JLL, Knight Frank and Savills.
“Nic will be a fabulous addition to the team given his significant experience in the institutional investment market, both locally and in Sydney,” CBRE ACT managing director Zoe Ferrari said.
“He will lead the Canberra team with a collaborative approach, working closely with our national CBRE Capital Markets team to deliver for our clients in what is expected to be a very busy year in the ACT for institutional investment activity.” Ferrari said.
