AFTER 28 years at JLL, David Evans has joined Savills Perth as director of office leasing.
Evans has spent many years concentrating on the Perth CBD office market, where he recorded some of the highest volumes of transactions by individual operators in Perth, and worked on projects including 240 St Georges Tce, Central Park, Alluvion and 140 William St.
Most recently regional director of office leasing at JLL, Evans has an involvement in a wide array of Perth CBD office buildings, and worked with Dexus, Cbus, Charter Hall, Perron Group, Frasers, and Cape Bouvard.
