MAINBRACE Interiors, the arm of retail specialist Mainbrace Constructions, has appointed Craig Dunlop as interiors manager in Victoria, Shaun Martin as interiors manager in Queensland.
“Our interiors business has always been a key component of our offering but in the current environment of fewer retail new-builds, we’ve intensified our focus on working with our customers to optimise their existing assets with strategic interior re-purposing projects,” NSW interiors manager Dan Morelli said.
“It has meant strengthening our own team and structure as well, and the interiors team has never been bigger,” he added.
Morelli said Mainbrace has identified Victoria and Queensland, both in metropolitan and regional areas, as key growth states for Mainbrace Interiors.
“We recognise interiors is a critical avenue of growth for Mainbrace and we also know that our customers, in these challenging times, need their shopping centres and shop fitouts to work harder for them. An interior re-purposing project, designed and delivered in the context of a live trading environment, can unlock retail advantages and enhance asset values,” Morelli said. “An interior focus is how retail can and will navigate the broader economic challenges.”
