AGENCY Fitzroys has bolstered its asset management division with the appointment of Teresa McDonald in the role of retail asset manager.
McDonald joins from Colliers’ Western Australia office where she was portfolio manager and managed the heritage-listed landmark shopping arcade London Court in the Perth CBD as well as the Plaza Arcade, David Jones and the Savoy Hotel.
She was a finalist of the Property Council of Australia’s 2018 Future Leaders Award for Property Manager of the year, and was a participant in the 2019 Property Council of Australia 500 Women in Property. She also has a Diploma of Conveyancing.
Fitzroys director Rick Berry said: “Teresa brings unique experiences that will add a fresh voice and perspective to Fitzroys’ management of retail and shopping centre assets across Melbourne,” he said. “Teresa’s appointment reflects Fitzroys’ attitude that changes in the retail industry represent a generational opportunity to deliver excellent results to our clients and the communities their assets service.”
