DEXUS’ co-head of development origination Michael Kwok has joined boutique advisory firm Archerfield Partners as director, real estate advisory.
Kwok said moving from a large listed company to a boutique advisory firm is quite a contrast, but one that makes a lot of sense.
Kwok has been with Dexus for nine years in senior roles including as head of transactions. Prior to that, he was development executive with Valad, development manager with Colonial First State Global Asset Management and project director and national facilities manager at Commonwealth Bank.
“This is a well-considered and smart next step in my career. Moving to a boutique environment offers me the opportunity to grow by working with a close-knit team of senior industry people. At the same time, it allows me to fully capitalise on the skills and experience I’ve accumulated and add these to Archerfield’s capabilities,” Kwok said.
