LAW firm Hall & Wilcox has expanded its national property and projects practice with the appointment of partner Kitty Vo.
Vo advises on complex commercial, industrial and retail leases and licences, including pre-commitment documentation and long-term leasing arrangements. She has also acted on high value acquisitions and disposals of major commercial and industrial property, for major institutional clients as well as state and commonwealth governments.
Hall & Wilcox managing partner Tony Macvean said the firm was thrilled with the appointment.
“Kitty has a wealth of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions around Australia for both private and public sector organisations. She adds further depth to our leading national real estate practice.
“Kitty’s appointment in Sydney also further enhances our broad commercial offering to clients, complementing our corporate, banking, financial services and dispute practices,” he added.
Vo said: “Hall & Wilcox is a highly regarded firm that is well placed to evolve to meet the challenges of our dynamic economic and legal environment. I am looking forward to jumping on board the property & projects team and participating in its continued expansion. It is a successful practice with an experienced team and solid leadership. I believe in the Hall & Wilcox brand and what it has to offer clients and the broader community.”
