FITZROYS has bolstered its agency division with the appointment of Shawn Luo as senior manager.
Luo brings more than six years’ experience in Melbourne’s property market, specialising in the sale of commercial real estate and development sites.
Fitzroys director Chris Kombi said Luo has produced outstanding outcomes for his clients through his thorough knowledge of the market and its participants.
“Fluent in Mandarin, Shawn has been particularly active with Chinese investors and syndicates and has built strong relationships with many of Melbourne’s mid and top-tier developers,” he said. “Shawn has an excellent reputation for being a lead facilitator in dealings with offshore buyers from mainland China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore.”
Kombi said capital inflows from overseas continue at strong levels given Australia’s safe haven investment status, and strong fundamentals have earned Melbourne’s iconic shopping strips a widespread reputation as fantastic investment opportunities.
