KNIGHT Frank has recruited tenant advocates Dave Chalmers and John Clarke to its occupier services team.
Chalmers and Clarke have more than 60 years’ combined experience having recently headed up PD Corp.
Knight Frank national head of occupier services Dermot Lowry said” “We are gaining two of the most knowledgeable and respected tenant advocates in Melbourne.
“Their strategic understanding of corporate real estate reflects how Knight Frank Occupier Services is positioning itself in the market.
“A strategy-led transaction model is the best way to provide maximum value for our clients and demonstrates the true value of genuine tenant advocacy over purely transaction focused offerings,” he added.
“After a number of years providing bespoke advice to major occupiers under the PD Corp banner, we are excited to be able to work with a company that places the same high value on true advocacy for occupier clients,” Chalmers said.
“Having helped clients such as Dimension Data and UniSuper develop and implement complex occupier strategies across Australia, the opportunity to work with an experienced and tight-knit national team is exciting for us,” he added.
