JLL has promoted capital markets executive Luke Billiau to lead the New South Wales sales & investments team.
He replaces Paul Noonan, who was recently appointed as JLL’s Queensland managing director.
In his 12-year career at JLL, he has been a senior director in Brisbane’s brokerage team and was involved in major CBD and near city transactions.
Prior to joining the sales & investments team, he was director of the valuations and advisory division.
JLL’s head of office investments – Australia, Rob Sewell said: “Luke’s wealth of capital markets experience and technical capability meant he was the ideal candidate to lead the New South Wales team.
“Luke has worked on some of the biggest and most complex office sales in the Brisbane market, including the landmark sales of 400 George St and 80 Ann St, but importantly has the leadership qualities to steer JLL’s largest capital markets team,” he added.
Billiau said: “Having the opportunity to lead a team of this calibre is exciting but equally too is the ongoing growth of the business, which will ensure we deliver the results expected of our clients.”
