VILLA World’s $300 million Arundel Springs development on the central Gold Coast has chalked up $53.44 million in sales over the last 12 months and reaching a near sell-out.
Only 15 land lots remain at the community having sold 291 lots since its launch in mid-2017.
Arundel Springs development manager Kevin Morse said the central location has been one of the strongest selling points.
Arundel Springs is within a 10-minute drive from Westfield Helensvale, A.B. Paterson College, Griffith University, Gold Coast University Hospital and the M1. Arundel Springs is just three minutes from Arundel Hills Golf and Country Club and Arundel Plaza.
“Buyers have certainly seen the value on offer at Arundel Springs not only from an affordability perspective, but a lifestyle one,” he said.
