DEVELOPER Ention Properties has appointed Contrast Constructions to deliver Ciel Residences, a boutique project in Herston.
Construction has commenced on the 13 boutique properties, with more than 50% of the project sold. The expected completion in September 2020.
Colliers associate director Rachel Hutson said the project has appealed to local downsizers and ‘right-sizers’ who have been attracted to the large floor plans with multiple living areas, generous storage and two dedicated car parks per apartment.
