ALFASI Property has appointed Kane Constructions to deliver its flagship commercial office development at Cremorne.
Construction has started on the project at 510 Church St, Cremorne, which upon completion in mid-2021, will deliver 18,559 sqm of A-grade office space across nine levels, with a further 1,848 sqm outdoor terrace area, and 147 car parking spaces situated on a 3,058 sqm site.
The building will be a first technology-enabled smart building with electric vehicle charging stations, WI-FI connectivity, safety and security access controls using smartphones, smart lighting and smart metering are among the features.
Alfasi Property managing director Gill Dvir said 510 Church St responds to the changing demands of a new workforce.
“This new workforce is seeking out a networked, connected and dynamic place to do business, which delivers upon their cultural, wellness and technological needs.
“Our floors range from 1,758 sqm to 2,628 sqm, with outdoor terraces on every second level and four street frontages allowing for an abundance of natural light,” he added.
