CBRE has appointed Peter Chapple and Jack Morrison to its Brisbane capital markets office division.
With 15 years’ experience, Chapple joins as senior director, capital markets – office, having previously held the position of state director for capital transactions at Savills.
Since establishing his career in capital transactions in 2008, Chapple has transacted over $2 billion of commercial real estate assets.
Morrison has been appointed associate director, middle darkets, also joining from Savills. He has 11 years’ experience and was most recently as associate director for capital transactions, Queensland.
“Peter and Jack have an exceptional track record in investment office sales, and I look forward to working with them to expand this capability at CBRE,” CBRE Queensland senior managing director Bruce Baker said.
