AGRICULTURAL Land Trust’s sole asset, the iconic Linkletter’s Place in Western Australia’s Esperance, has received a significant revaluation uplift.
An independent valuation as if complete – remediated to an agricultural standard – gave the property a market value of $35.4 million, and a market value as is, subject to existing occupancy arrangements was assessed as $26.65 million.
The property was previously valued at $21.88 million.
The ASX-listed group last year entered into an agreement for the harvesting of plantation trees the site, to bring a net annual income of around $400,000.
Annual results will be announced this week.
