CBRE has bolstered its commercial valuation & advisory services team with the appointment of Anthony Martin.
Based in Canberra, Martin will take on the role of director of commercial valuation. He has held senior management roles at national and international firms encompassing mortgage lending, company reporting, acquisitions, rental assessment and property consultancy and his experience spans a range of property classes including commercial, industrial, retail and specialised asset sectors.
CBRE national director, valuation & advisory service, Kyle Richardson said the appointment highlights CBRE’s continued focus on investing in the best people and broadening its services in Canberra.
Martin will work alongside Tim Heaton and focus on servicing CBRE’s banking, private, government and institutional client base across all major property asset classes in Canberra and the surrounding markets.
