CBRE has appointed Michael Barlow to the position of regional director, facilities management and government for Australia and New Zealand, based in Canberra.
Barlow has 20 years’ experience in senior and leading roles with the Department of Finance, Goodstart Early Learning, ASIC and Commonwealth Law Courts.
Key roles included head of CRE and director at Broadspectrum Property, national director at JLL, general manager ACT for Five D Holdings and property director at multiple government agencies.
CBRE senior managing director Emma Forster Mitrovski said; “Michael’s extensive property experience, coupled with his strong market reputation and focus on delivering excellent client outcomes, will prove invaluable in his new role as leader of our Facilities Management business stream in the Pacific.”
