SAVILLS has appointed David Howson as state director to lead the Queensland office leasing division.
Howson joins from Knight Frank, where he held the role of national head office leasing for the past three years based in Sydney.
He is highly regarded within the industry and was awarded Dexus’ “Agent of the Year” in 2016.
“We are delighted to have secured someone of David’s caliber to lead our Queensland leasing team,” Savills’ national head of office leasing, Graham Postma said.
“David will work closely with John McDonald and the broader team to significantly grow our market share and diversify our client base.” He added.
“We are confident David will make a smooth transition into his new role and will lead our Office Leasing division with diligence and enthusiasm,” Savills QLD managing director Anthony Ott said.
