The newly formed Knight Frank Private Office based in Sydney will be led by joint national partners Sarah Harding and Kymbal Dunne.
Global head of resident Andrew Hay said with 25% of the world’s billionaires known to Knight Frank and with 78% of UHNWIs owning a mix of residential and commercial real estate, the Knight Frank Private Office allows clients to benefit from its far reaching global platform.
“The Knight Frank Private Office in Australia compliments and strengthens our global strategy to offer our UHNW clients one single point of contact for all their real estate needs, across the 60 territories we cover globally. As the world’s largest independent property consultancy, this plays to our strengths and draws on our 125 years of experience,” he added.
Knight Frank Australia CEO Rod Leaver said the introduction of the private office in Australia is an exciting development.
“It has been created in response to the growing needs of clients and to strengthen the new strategic direction of the business.” Leaver said.
Harding said with the number of ultra-high-net-worth individuals in Australia set to increase by 20% over the next five years, and as the desires and demands of these investors continue to change, the importance of providing a bespoke service is critical.
