PRD has expanded in New South Wales in the past six months, opening four new offices and is in negotiations for a further three.
Chairman and managing director Tony Brasier said market changes are forcing principals of real estate offices to look at what options are out there to grow their business potential.
“Colliers International have invested considerable capital in building our infrastructure in the past three years, resulting in a robust franchise platform with the capacity to grow further,”
The four new offices include Tuggerah, Morisset, Macquarie Park and Lismore and PRD is at advanced stages of signing new franchise agreements for another three.
Based on the current pipeline of interest from potential new franchisees, Brasier believes this growth will continue at a steady pace for the remainder of 2019.
“The quality of the business rather than just the sheer number of offices is one of our main advantages.
“We have a unique structure that covers all aspects of commercial and residential real estate. Between Colliers International and PRD we have specialists with experience and knowledge to provide solutions for all potential and existing clients.”
