APN Property Group director Tony Young will resign at the end of August.
Young is the chairman of APD’s audit and risk committee and an independent director and will finish up with the completion of the group’s financial year reporting.
“Over the past year, my workload outside of APN has increased significantly and I have therefore decided to resign from my role with the APD Board. I do not currently intend to sell any APD shares.
“I have enjoyed my time with APD and wish the directors and all employees well in their future endeavours.”
APD has started looking for candidates to fill the empty board position.
