ASX-listed developer Cedar Woods Properties has completed its flagship $27 million strata office development at Williams Landing in Melbourne’s western growth corridor.
The office project at 111 Overton Rd in Melbourne completely sold out prior to construction commenced and incorporates 47 office suites.
Businesses that have recently moved into the building include accounting and tax advisers Equalen Pty Ltd, chartered accountants Pointax, financial solutions provider Smart Loan and Conveyancing, and BrainBuilder, which offers maths education for children.
The building incorporates a 1,525 sqm medical centre on the ground floor, including a general practice as well as dentistry, pathology, and radiology services, which is leased to a subsidiary of national medical services provider Cornerstone Health Pty Ltd, trading as Our Medical Home, and sold to Barwon Investment Partners Pty Ltd for $8.2 million earlier this year.
Cedar Woods is now selling strata office suites at 101 Overton Rd, which has commenced construction and currently more than 60% sold. It has a portfolio of four standalone commercial buildings and another within the shopping centre.
Cedar Woods had also sold the 13,000 sqm Target Headquarters to Centuria for $58.2 million, as well as a four-level building under construction for the Victorian state government to the Hellenic Club of Canberra for $25.93 million one year ago.
