CONSTRUCTION has kicked off at Cbus Property’s triple-tower residential project The Langston in Sydney’s north-west growth suburb of Epping.
To be built on the former Westpac Credit Card Service building site, between Langston Place and Chambers Court, The Langston have towers of 19, 24 and 29 storeys, and will include a mixed-use precinct comprising 1,681 sqm of retail space and 1,921 sqm of open communal space.
Architectural firm Architectus designed on the project, with landscaping by landscape architects, Arcadia. The Langston will be situated on Epping’s highest land point in Epping, enabling views to the Sydney CBD and Harbour Bridge to the south-east, and the Blue Mountains to the west.
Construction of the first tower is expected to take just over two years, with completion targeted for the third quarter of 2021.
