COMMERCIAL real estate agency Teska Carson has appointed highly regarded commercial property valuer, Niall Ashleigh to its team.
Ashleigh brings wide-ranging experience including involvement in $4 billion worth of commercial real estate transactions at Centuria Capital, working in office and industrial valuations at Savills and as a research analyst at the Property Council.
A Certified Practising Valuer and the holder of a Bachelor of Property Economics (Hons), Ashleigh is also co-founder of rePrecinct, a cloud-based software platform which enables CRE landlords to more efficiently lease up vacancies in their portfolio.
Teska Carson director Michael Taylor said his appointment allows the agency to expand its reach.
“Niall’s appointment is very welcome in that it brings to Teska Carson a wealth of invaluable knowledge gained over many years and across several areas of commercial property delivering a broad skill set that will complement and enhance our client service capability.
“The appointment will allow Teska Carson to further expand our reach across the Melbourne market and to broaden our service offering as the CBD fringe and metropolitan markets continue to expand,” Taylor said.
