COLLIERS has hired former CBRE managing director of western Sydney, north Sydney & south Sydney Frank Oliveri to lead its western Sydney office.
Oliveri joins from CBRE, where he was the managing director for the western Sydney, North Sydney and south Sydney offices.
He has also served as a councillor on the Fairfield City Council for 17 years, director of the Western Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils for six years, and Executive Member of the Local Government Association for two years.
In his new role, Oliveri will be based in the Parramatta and Liverpool offices and be in charge of western Sydney and south-west Sydney.
“We are delighted to welcome Frank to the ANZ senior leadership team, as a key executive in New South Wales and the investment services division,” Colliers CEO John Kenny said.
“Frank’s distinguished career in public service and commercial real estate, together with his proven leadership abilities, extensive community relationships and passionate advocacy for the region, make him the ideal person to lead our Western Sydney business,” Kenny said.
“I am looking forward to harnessing Colliers’ global reach to maximise the power of property for our clients in the Western Sydney community,” Oliveri said.
