GOODMAN has appointed Chris Green as a director.
Green spent 16 years at Macquarie Group and was the global head of Macquarie Capital’s real estate business leading its global expansion through to 2018. He subsequently founded and is the CEO of GreenPoint Partners, a New York headquartered firm investing in real estate innovation, technology and private equity.
Green, age 43, has a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree and a Bachelor of Commerce (Computer Science and Accounting) degree from the University of Sydney.
Goodman chair Ian Ferrier said as Goodman continues to successfully expand its global businesses, Green’s deep understanding of innovation and technology along with global real estate and capital flows, will bring insights into these trends and markets.
