PROPERTY advisory firm Charter Keck Cramer is expanding, opening a new office on the Gold Coast.
National director Shaun Golden and associate director Jamie Macdonald will lead the Gold Coast office with senior commercial valuer James White.
“Following the success of Charter Keck Cramer’s Brisbane Office over its first year of business it became obvious to establish a Gold Coast presence” Golden said.
Charter opens its fourth national office as it continues to expand internationally throughout Asia after the Singaporean office, which opened late in 2017.
“Our business is as dynamic as the property industry itself. Our diversity and geographical reach is responding to the needs and wishes of our clients” managing director Peter Hutchins said.
“After a period of aggressive market growth, Charter seeks to continue to develop and expand its foundations both locally and internationally to underpin our support of our clients through market shifts and beyond.” Hutchins concluded.
