GPT Group has appointed Tracey Horton as a non-executive director, who will take up the position from the start of May.
Horton is currently chairman of Navitas and is a member of the Australian Takeovers Panel, the national board of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Bain & Company WA Advisory Board, and is also a commissioner for Tourism Western Australia.
Previous positioned include Winthrop Professor and Dean of the University of Western Australia’s Business School, and executive and senior management roles with Bain & Company in North America, and in Australia with advisory firm Poynton and Partners and the Reserve Bank of Australia.
“Tracey’s appointment represents a valuable addition to the GPT Board and continues our process of board renewal,” GPT chairman Vickki McFadden said.
“Tracey brings a wealth of experience gained at both Board and executive levels in Australia and overseas, and I look forward to her contribution for the benefit of the Group and our stakeholders.”
