LISTED property developer Boyuan Holdings has appointed former Landcom and Becton Property Group executive Paul Hourigan as its head of development.
He brings over 30 years’ experience and holds a Bachelor in Civil Engineering and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
In his new role, Hourigan will be responsible for the day-to-day management of rezonings, development approvals, design, construction and delivery of the Company’s pipeline of major residential and commercial projects across NSW.
Hourigan said he is delighted to be joining the team at BHL.
“I have already been impressed by the progress BHL continues to make with a number of its major developments in South-West and Western Sydney, including the exciting Northern Gateway ‘future City’ at Badgerys Creek.
“Working with the rest of the BHL team and our project partners, I am now looking forward to driving these developments through the full cycle of the projects, so we can deliver beautiful master-planned communities across the region,” he added.
BHL CEO Caden Wan, said Hourigan’s experience will be invaluable to BHL, as a number of its major projects come on line.
