CBRE has appointed Zoe Ferrari as the new managing director of its Canberra business.
Ferrari was promoted internally, having commenced her property career in CBRE’s Sydney office in 2005, thereafter relocating to Canberra, where she worked in both the agency market and in delivering major fitout projects, before re-joining CBRE in late 2016 to lead the Canberra A&T – office leasing division.
CBRE senior managing director Lloyd Jenkins said Ferrari’s depth of experience, market intel and drive provided a strong framework to take on the organisational leadership of the wider Canberra business.
“Zoe brings a valuable combination of experience, professionalism and enthusiasm to lead the future growth of our Canberra business. I am confident that under her leadership, we will continue to deliver outstanding strategy and results for our clients, in addition to harnessing new opportunities,” he added.
Jenkins said 2019 represented an exciting period of growth and opportunity for CBRE in Canberra.
“With our continued focus on ensuring we have the most talented and experienced team, we are well positioned to grow and support our corporate and government client base,” Jenkins said.
