COLLIERS’ growing real estate management team in Victoria has added two more to its ranks with the appointment of Brad Harding and Matthew Mariani.
Harding has been appointed to the role of director of facilities management, after five years as head of facilities management at Knight Frank.
Colliers director of REM David Kollias said he will be responsible for the operational management of all office, industrial and retail properties in Victoria.
“Brad is an awarded and experienced facilities director who over his career has overseen major office and industrial projects, upgrades and fit outs, commissioning of new buildings, developing and implementing sustainability road maps over single buildings and whole precincts, advising prospective purchasers and existing landlords for life cycle and engineering improvement opportunities,” he added.
Mariani has joined as associate director.
“Matt joins us from GormanKelly where he previously held the role of associate director for the property management team for the last eight years,” Kollias said. “He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience which he has gained over his near 20 year property management career, with a particular expertise in the office sector.”
