PRIMEWEST Development, backed by Primewest’s John Bond, David Schwartz and Jim Litis, has launched stage one of its $65 million Interlink Strathfield industrial estate in Sydney’s inner west.
The estate comprises has 65 strata title industrial units for sale that range in size from 100 sqm to more than 1,000 sqm, and 23 strata-titled storage warehouse units between 21 sqm to 82 sqm. Stage one of the development comprises 25 industrial units.
“Only 11% of Sydney’s industrial land is within 30 minutes of the CBD, so once it gets snapped up, there are very few other opportunities to acquire it, and it traditionally has a very low turnover rate,” Banjo Bond said.
CBRE’s Shaun Timbrell and Raj Chaudhary are marketing the units.
Primewest Development was established last year by Rob Thomas and Banjo Bond, with the backing of Primewest directors, to grow a Sydney development footprint across multiple asset classes.
